Later Life Training's home exercise booklets have been translated as part of the ProFouND (Prevention of Falls Network for Dissemination) Thematic Network, and are now available in English, Spanish, French, Swedish, Polish, Italian, Hungarian, Norwegian and Greek. German, Dutch and Flemish are on the way!
The booklets cover chair-based, as well as Otago and FaME exercises, and can be downloaded and printed as handouts, either to use alongside classes or for individuals exercising alone.
