This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with knowledge of falls prevention amongst older people and understanding of systematic reviewing, critical analysis and evidence synthesis to work with leaders in the area of exercise promotion and fall prevention, and the use of effective interventions in achieving these. You will assist in scientific co-ordination of an EC project aiming to disseminate best practice in falls prevention across EU countries.
You will join a lively multi-professional research environment at the School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work and work under the supervision of Professor Chris Todd.
The post is available in the first instance for a period of six months from January to June 2014.
